Directions For Heat Press: Place transfer on product of choice (shirt or pillow) press at 325-350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 10 seconds (depending on your heat press). Hot peel carrier sheet, then turn your shirt inside our and press again for 10 seconds. Use heavy pressure.

Directions For Easy Press: Place transfer on product of choice place your easy press down on the transfer and press at 320 Degrees Fahrenheit for 40 seconds (start your clocks).  If you have a larger design, you will need to move the press around until all areas of the design have been heated for at least 40 seconds. Hot peel carrier sheet, then turn your shirt inside our and press again for 40 seconds using heavy pressure.
